岗位职责描述Responsiblilities：

1.Developing industry dealers and project dealers
发展行业经销商，行业项目经销商
2.Visit and maintenance the key design institutes
定期拜访并维护重点行业院
3.Strengthen the management of dealers, including products training, technical support and project information in order to ensure company benefits and the sales order in the industry
加强对经销商的管理，包括产品培训，技术支持及项目信息提供。保证公司的利益和行业内的有序销售
4.Cooperate dealers to follow up projects and customers
配合经销商对项目和客户进行跟踪
5.Achieve established individual target, including turnover, collection and expenses
完成个人既定的销售目标，包括完成销售额，收款和控制费用
6.Keep enough numbers of daily customer visit (including design institute) in order to keep enough project numbers,
保持足够的客户拜访数量，保持足够的项目跟踪数量，包括设计院
7.Explore project information and develop new customer continuously
不断发掘项目信息，发展新客户
8.Participating and inspecting the whole process of product selling in responsible region. Make Taking charge of the project from the beginning, including project following, evaluating, suggestion
issuing, product supply evaluating, bidding, offering and contract negotiating, job-site supporting, product leading, material controlling, to the end of the project.
要以积极，努力，负责的态度，全过程参与区域内产品销售的全过程，并予以全过程监控负责。从项目前期的跟踪与评估，方案准备及安全，供货评估，到项目中期的投标，报价及合同谈判，直到项目实施过程中的现场支持服务，备货准备，材料控制，安全控制，直至项目结束。
9.Closely cooperate with sales engineer, system engineer and other department; advocate teamwok; provide sales information for other sales department
与销售工程师，系统工程师和其他部门配合工作，提倡团体合作精神，为其他销售部门提供销售信息
10.Coordinating with product department, R&D department, marketing department to implement product system and stanadard, as well as propaganda and technical materials.
配合产品部门，研发部门，市场部门，不断完善产品体系，产品标准，产品宣传及技术资料
11.Regularly sales reporting system and provide reports to supervisor regularly.
完成销售工作报告，及时汇报工作
12.No less than 80% work time in visiting customers
不少于80%的工作时间用于拜访客户
13.Follow strictly company regulation and price policy; random quotation and sales cross-area or industry is not permitted
严格遵守公司的各项规章制度和价格政策，不乱报价，不跨区域及跨行业销售
14.Continuously learn relevant new knowledge and skill to improve work efficiency to fulfil changable market requirements
持续的学习各种相关的新知识及提高自己的工作技能，以应付不断改变的市场要求
15.Accomplishing other jobs which assigned by superiors and company.
服从公司及上级领导的指派，及其它合理工作安排。
16.Other responsibilities: goods preparation, delivery and receivables collection

岗位要求Requirement：
1. Education background and working experience:
教育背景与工作经历：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacture or construction
本科以上学历；工业与民用建筑专业、机械与制造专业或建筑专业
- Over 2 years working experience in relevant field
有两年以上相关行业工作经验
- Working experience in sales and marketing
有一定的市场及销售经验
2. Skill:
技能：
- Knowledge of basic property of products and its application scope
了解产品系列基本性能及应用范围
- Certain knowledge and skills of Sales and marketing
具有一定的市场及销售知识及技能
- Communication and negotiation skills with customers
