Duties &
Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries
2. Receive and check the document from customer, upload them into operation system.
3. Receive premium and issue invoice
4. Printing and dispatch policy document to customer.
5. Complaint handling

1. 接待上门客户；
2. 检查、接收投保/理赔资料并录入相关操作系统
3. 收取保费及出具保费发票
4. 打印及派发保单文件5. 处理投诉



Candidate
Specification:

1. College graduate or above, fluent Cantonese and mandarin, basic command on English, working experience as a customer service representative especially in auto insurance is a plus;
2. Be good communication skill;
3. Well time management to deal with multiple kinds of transactions in the same time in high efficiency and quality, under high pressure environment. Good logical thinking and respond quickly;
4. Active quick learner, easily adapt to the new environment, Good team work player;.
5. Optimistic and strong ability of self-emotion control, working under pressure
6. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools, good typewriting skill with typing speed over 45 Chinese words/minute.

1. 大专或以上学历，国语流利，有一定的英文基础，有前台客服工作经验特别是车险经验优先
2. 善于与人沟通，良好的聆听和表达能力
3. 善于时间管理，思路清晰，反应敏捷，能同时优质、高效地处理多项事务而不易受外部环境影响
4. 积极主动，学习能力及适应能力强，良好的团队合作精神
5. 乐观开朗，较强的自我情绪调节能力，能承受一定的工作压力
6. 熟悉Microsoft Office操作，中文打字速度要求每分钟45字以上
