Qulification:
1. Bachelor degree and above major in finance will be a plus
本科及以上学历,男女不限
2. Know very well about the local culture and SME customrers of Shanghai,Beijin,Shenzhen,Nanjing,Chongqin,Tianjin
熟悉本地之人文,地理环境及中小企业现状
3. Optimistic,willing to work under high pressure and can face to frustration and failure
积极乐观的人生观,勇于面对挫折及失败,能够承受高压
4. Quick learner and willing to face to the challenge task and customrer finance issue.
有强烈的学习新事物的意愿,能面对挑战及愿意为客户解决金融服务及产品方案.
5. Good customer communication skills and easy going person
善于与人沟通,富有亲和力
6. Better manners and appearance,presentable person
外表端正,形象良好,懂得商务礼仪
7. experience with trade company is preferred.
外贸公司经验尤佳
8. Sales Team Leader - 3yrs and above sales experience,work with financial industry is perferred
信贷主管 - 需三年以上销售工作经验,金融界相关经验尤佳
9. Sales Team Leader - Self - driven person and better managment skills
信贷主管 - 良好的自我管理能力及领导魅力
Job Responsibility:
To achieve allocated sales target.
达成销售指标
To plan and conduct sales activities such as cold calling and cold visiting to source for potential customers on a daily basis.
寻找潜在客户,执行各项销售活动
To develop sales channels/networks effectively.
开发客户渠道
To prepare and submit application documents,sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis.
按照银行规定为客户提供融资服务
To attend and participate in sales meetings,training sessions,sales/marketing events,seminars and other business related functions as and when required.
通过各种销售会议平台建立客户关系
To outserve clients' needs.
帮助客户的达成其他金融服务需求
To manage and conduct sales activities and ensure all are complying with group and local guidelines/regulation such as MLP and CRM,and to ensure all can pass the audit requirements.
确保一切销售活动符合银行及银监会的各项规定及政策
