Baden-Wuerttemberg International (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. is currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager with the possibility of a long-term cooperation within our company pool. This company pool represents German companies from the southern part of Germany starting their business in China. 巴符州经济与科技合作有限公司为其公司联合体招聘可长期任职的营销工程师。公司联合体为德国巴符州的企业到中国开展各类商务活动提供支持。

Responsilibilies:

· Assist in the selection of local distributors by major geographic regions (identify, evaluate and propose new candidates).

· Continuous and tight monitoring of existing and new local distributors

· Technical Support of local distributors and end customers.

· Technical and Sales training of local distributor staff.

· Participate in training sessions (mainly via internet, as well as personally if needed).

· Participate in the generation of Chinese sales and service/support literature.

· Participate in marketing events such as trade fairs (from time to time).

· Regular reporting to the German company.

Required skills and qualifications:

· Master of Science in biology, biochemistry or a comparable field of study

· Very good Chinese language skills in writing

· Marketing-oriented with the corresponding experience

· Self-confidence in dealing with business partners

· Ability to work independently

· Personal responsibility

· Economic orientation

· Willingness to travel

· Age: 25-35

Foreign language ability:

· Good English language skills
