Job Description：

Be responsible to the Financial accounting as per national finance and tax regulation and group accounting guideline;
1. Check the reimbursements except inventory and AP;
2. Prepare part of vouchers in SAP and print the related vouchers automatically from SAP;
1)Turnover and tax;
2)Accrual and prepaid expenses;
3)Foreign evaluation;
4)Other vouchers;
3. Check all the vouchers and Monthly accounting closing in SAP.
4. Maintain the G/L accounts and customers master data;
5. Finish the internal and external monthly and year-end reports and do the related analysis for the monthly reports;
6. Tax declaration of the National tax bureau and tax management;
7. Organize and working together with other departments, Lead year-end stock-taking and find out reasons of differences.
8. Organize and finish year-end audit and work with external auditor to close off audit reports, include foreign and tax audit.
9. Finish other tasks assigned.

Job requirements:

1. Diploma Degree or above, major in finance/account or relevant disciplines, have Accountant intermediate title .accountant certificate is a must;

大专以上学历，财务，会计或相关专业，有中级会计师职称。有会计资格证；

2.3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in foreign enterprises and SAP experience;

3年以上相关工作经验，有外资企业及SAP工作经验者优先考虑；

3. Familiar with the local accounting/tax rules & regulation

熟悉国家会计税收政策，

4. Proficiency in computer skills,

熟练的电脑操作技巧；

5. Fluent English and Mandarin

英语和普通话熟练；

6.Careful, sureness ,work actively, principle-adherence， good team work player and quick learner.

细心，踏实，工作主动，坚持原则，很好的团队协作精神，学习速度快。

7. Be able to work under pressure and time constraint
