职位描述
1. 薪酬福利 C&B
1) 参与制定薪资福利政策和程序 Be involved in defining C&B policy and process
2) 确保考勤制度被执行,确保考勤报表的有效和准确 Ensure Attendance Policy Deployment. Ensure attendance report is effective and correct.
3) 薪资计算和支付 Salary Payroll management
4) 确保准确上缴员工个人所得税 Ensure submitting employee incoming tax
5) 保证社会保险的计算和缴纳 Ensure Social insurance calculation and submit
6) 管理商业医疗保险 Manage commercial insurance
7) 相关福利制度制定及跟踪管理 Related benefit regulation making and following.
8) 处理保险和公积金的转移和提取等手续 Deal with the process of transferring and withdrawing of social insurance and PAF 9) 处理相应税务部门和社保机构的社会关系 Manage network with Tax bureau and Social Insurance Office
10) 为财务提供人工成本及保险费用数 Provide labour cost and insurance expense report to Finance
11) 工伤保险理赔 Deal with Work Injury Insurance process when accident happen
12) 回答员工关于薪酬计算和保险缴纳方面的问题 Answer the question about salary calculation and insurance calculation
2. 人力资源信息系统HRIS
1) 完成人力资源报表(实际,预测,预算,关键指标和当月重点等报表)HR Reporting ( Flash, actual, Forecast, HR KPI and HR highlights, etc...)
2) 分析工时数据,及编制相关报告报表 Working hour analysis and relevant report
3) 管理和使用人力资源电子信息系统 Manage and use e-HR system
3. 培训Training
1) 参与管理和更新培训体系 Be involved in managing & updating training system
2) 参与制订培训计划和预算Be involved in defining training plan and budget
3) 跟踪及执行培训计划Follow and implement training plan
4) 根据需求规划培训课程 Develop Training Program based on training demand
5) 培训评估和跟踪Training assessment and tracing
6) 管理外部培训机构及相关培训合同和付款Manage training supplier and the training contract and payment.
7) 管理海外培训及协调集团培训 Manage overseas training and coordinate the group training
8) 管理内部讲师并发展内训课程Manage company trainer and internal training program
9) 参与现场多岗位及支持职能多岗位的评核,参与多岗位绩效的提高 Participate to shop floor polyvalence and support function polyvalence audit and participate the improvement of polyvalence
10) 担任新员工入职培训讲师 To be trainer of new employee orientation training
11) 成为至少一门管理类课程的培训者To be Trainer of one (at least) management skill course
12) 完成每月培训报告分析Finish the training analysis monthly
4. 招聘管理 Recruitment
1) 初步审查招聘提案,并拟订相关招聘计划及招聘渠道 Check the recruitment proposal, and propose the recruitment plan and sourcing channel.
2) 收集整理候选人资料,初步筛选测评候选人,并协调组织候选人面试 Collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates, and coordinate the interview
3) 办理新员工入职,如 宣告书、欢迎信、融入表等入职资料的准备整理,协调安排新员工培训等 Handle the new employee enrolment and prepare the relevant documents
4) 管理招聘宣传资料及招聘媒介,及在相关渠道上及时发布、更新招聘信息 Manage the recruitment media, and post and update the recruitment information timely
5) 管理相关的招聘文件资料 ,及维护人才资料库 Manage relevant recruitment documents, and manage the talent information reservoir
6)进行TALEO操作及管理 Handle the Taleo operation
5. 附加及其它工作任务Others
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
2) 保证和人力资源经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent timely communication with HR manager
3) 和HSE合作实施HSE培训Cooperate with HSE coordinator to implement HSE training
4) 在培训方面与其他部门合作Cooperate with other department on the training point of view
5) 协助HR经理做好EE方面的工作Support HR manager to deploy EE in shopfloor
6) 月度收集,统计合理化建议,组织最佳建议的评选,并提交到中国区 Monthly collect improvement idea, do the statics and organize the best I.I select meeting, and submit the best one to china division.
7) 部门经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager
