Job description:

Responsible for maintain the organization of SQE.

Responsible for maintain and evolve the procedure for SQE.

Responsible for propose SQE goals, track and execute.

Responsible for personnel performance and management.

Responsible for supplier quality audit.

Responsible for supplier quality improvement.

Responsible for supplier quality performance review.

Job requirement:

At least bachelor degree, major is mechanical is perfect.

At least 5 years work experience in Quality, perferred supplier quality management, with tracable and good performance record, within technical, -mechanical industry.

Team leader experience.

Good knowhow and work experience for supplier quality system and process audit.

Good knowhow for supplier quality improvement and management approaches.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Self-motivated and result-driven, team player, willing to take challenge.

Good English both in oral and written.

Nanjing Bovon Power Tools Co., Ltd. is located in Jiangning Economic & Technical Development Zone in the city of Nanjing, which has Benchtop tools (including Miter Saw, Table Saw, Tile Saw and Cut-off Saw) manufacturing and engineering with the international standard. Bovon is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Power tools division of Robert Bosch Group and Chervon Holdings Limited, Hong Kong China.
