职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

负责所有班次工作任务的监督和管理，包括机器，有效的人力资源管理，物料控制，合理使用设备，发展及遵守生产制造系统。强调主管管理工作中的团队合作精神。

Responsible for supervising and managing work tasks of all shift activities, including machinery, effective human resource management, materials control, appropriate equipment use, development and compliance with the manufacturing system. Strengthen teamwork among supervisors.

责任与义务RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

负责保证所有注塑机和设备都在正常工作。引导和协调主管的工作，应该执行环境保护政策和可适用质量和环境管理系统指示。执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。

Responsible for ensuring that all injection molding machines and equipment are working correctly. Lead and coordinate the efforts of the Supervisors. Should comply with the Environmental Policy and applicable Quality and Environmental Management Systems Instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

在注塑经理的指导下，带领和协调生产区所有轮班的工作，以调整各自的时间表、适用的质量标准和整体运行成本。确保直接人工和间接人工的有效性，协调与支持部门之间的问题解决，帮助达到客户满意。在工厂的年度绩效目标和月度绩效目标上取得满意结果。确保一直标准化工作方法得到持续的执行。

Under the direction of the Molding Manager shall lead and coordinate all Molding activities throughout all shifts, adjusting to its needed respective schedules, applicable quality standards and overall operational costs. Acts to assure the efficiency of direct and indirect labor, and coordinates problem solving with the plant’s support areas, which will help to provide customer satisfaction. Achieve satisfactory results on the plant’s Annual and Monthly Objectives program. Assures Standardized Work Methods are consistently complied to.

Directs and Coordinates all Molding production operations.

- 确保质量，在需要的时候提供纠正性和预防性措施。

Acts to assure quality and provide corrective and preventive actions when required.

- 指导区域监督，确保遵循规定和系统。

Area supervision is coached to assure discipline and system compliance.

- 在履行工作职责时不畏困难，积极进取。

Tenacious, aggressive and proactive in performing and completing duties.

- 规划生产信息，加速信息流通，确保按时发货。

Plans and expedites production program information to assure on time customer delivery.

- 监管其他员工的工作，管理部门资源。

Supervises other employee’s work and manages the department’s resources.

- 与其他部门协调、沟通，完成生产目标，提高机器利用率，满足客户要求。

Coordinates and communicates with other departments to achieve production objectives and machinery utilization that will help in the achievement of the customer’s requirements.

- 负责按时、准确完成所有必需的报告，如：效率、生产力、安全、产品数量、不良品拒绝等，同时还要确保报告的内容准确、完整。

Is responsible for accurately completing all necessary reports on time, for example: efficiency, productivity, safety, production quantities and rejections while assuring accuracy and content integrity.

- 与人力资源部门协调合作，执行并提供培训项目。

In coordination with the Human Resources Department, implements and provides training programs.

- 指导A.Q.P.代表确保及时完成项目要求。

Direct A.Q.P. representatives to assure timely compliance to program needs.

- 监督和确保遵循TPM系统的要求。

Supervises and assures compliance to TPM system needs.

- 担当内部PPM小组的负责人，确保积极的进展和结果。

Acts as a leader in the Internal PPM Reduction Teams assuring positive tendencies and results.

- 支持和引领部门员工的职业规划项目。

Supports and leads the Department’s employee necessities in the Career Path Program.

- 身为质量和环境方针和领导原则的典范。

Acts to exemplify the Quality and Environmental Policies and Leadership Principles.

- 遵循部门预算方案。

Complies to Department budgets.

- 独立或由下属执行内部项目，加强沟通、培训，简化工作，降低成本等。

Interfaces with the Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Materials, Finance and Sales Departments on subjects related with production, methods, and materials and design to resolve daily production issues.

学历要求/EDUCATION:

- 工程专业或具备相关技术领域的工作经验。

Engineering or related technical career or experience.

- 至少三年的注塑模具生产工作经验。

3-year minimum in injection molding.

- 人员管理工作经验。

Experience in personnel supervision.

- 曾经在有体系的质量环境的公司工作过。

Having worked previously in a structured quality environment.
