JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述
1.Make up the TCU flashing plan according sales plan and arrange the shifts of the operators together with the manager.

协助经理按照销售计划安排刷TCU的班次
2.Ordering equipment, tools,consumables

订购设备、工具等易耗品
3.Maintenance of the AS&S Warehouse (SAP 0004) with VT1 and VT2-VT3 parts,stock cycle counting

保持售后库存及帐目管控
4.AS&S spare parts sales orders creation and delivery follow up (SAP+warehouse).

售后零部件订单生成及发货跟踪
5.Responsible for the complete flow of 0-mileage returns, field returns, remain transmissions in SAP

负责SAP系统中变速箱进出帐目的录入
6.Entering the Inspection and Remanufacturing information from"Technician Remanufacturing"in warranty returns list (excel)

将售后技术员的维修记录及检查记录进行台帐管理
7.Enter all data from the Mobile Service List (MBS) into AS&S database

将壳体维修记录录入售后系统
8.Handle small parts shipments to PPS or customers (packing + sending)

负责将零部件打包发货到比利时或客户端
9.Travel arrangements for engineers (in case of GM secretary absence)

负责工程师的出差安排
10.Record the attendance

考勤记录
qualification:
1.Use of PC, word, excel, powerpoint, email.

熟练使用电脑各种OFFICE软件
2.Organisational skills and punctuality is a must

组织、协调能力较强
3.SAP (preferably)

熟练使用SAP系统
