We are looking for the talents to join us as software engineer in Ericsson LTE eNodeB product development.
Responsibilities:
1. Primary working in Ericsson LTE eNodeB Layer 2 and Layer 3 developments, crossing all the requirement areas (Service & Mobility, Mobile Broad Band, and Configuration & OaM).
2. Work in the agile team with end to end responsibilities throughout the development cycle, typically including:
· participating pre-study
· contributing to system design
· writing design document
· code implementation and unit testing
· joining and supporting the functional testing
· handle trouble report from integration team
· also handle trouble report from the qualification and field testing in regional customers like CMCC

Qualifications

· BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or relevant courses.
· 3+ year experience in software development of telecom systems (e.g., radio access network of GSM/WCDMA/CDMA/TDSCDMA).
· Proficiency in one or more languages such as C, C++, Java, ErLang, Python. Strong C/C++ experience is a plus. Experience in UML is a plus.
· Familiar with configuration management, experience on Clearcase or other version control tools.
· Solid RTOS knowledge and working experience. Embedded Linux experience is preferred.
· Familiar with one or more LTE 3GPP standards, e.g., PDCP, RLC, MAC, RRC, X2, S1.
· Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. · Strong desire and self-motivated to develop new competences through “learning by doing”, also willing to share with others to support the team growth.
· Excellent teamwork skills.
· Open mind and strong problem solving skills.
