Description

1. Lead logistics team and ensure the performance and action is in compliance with company’s requirements.
2. Responsible for warehouse management for reaching a good performance of stock accuracy,FIFO,safety, etc.
3. Ensure warehouse facility is organized, handled and maintained efficiently.
4. Responsible for material distribution and goods shipment, optimize movement flow.
5. Focus on customer demand fulfillment and regularly review the customer service level.
6. Periodically analyze inventory level and make solution for reducing stock cost and avoid dead stock.
7. Continuously improve the logistics project via optimizing storage tooling, packaging and transportation cost decrease, etc.
8. Follow and improve logistics KPI include service level, logistics cost and inventory level etc.
9. Responsibility to implement ONE system as a team member from logistics side.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering, logistics management or related.
2. At least 2 years team leader experience in logistics field, rich planning experience is preferred.
3. Good understanding in planning, distribution and warehouse management.
4. Know well with ONE system (planning, material, sales and distribution) , project experience is preferred
5. Fluent in English and good PC skills.
