1. Responsible for handling the technical details of import & export activities—multiple modes, complex documentation, and varying customs regulations, developing distribution strategies, and building relationships with logistics intermediaries. 负责进出口业务的技术细节，包括：多种贸易术语,复杂的文件,不同的海关条例，制订配送策略及与物流服务商建立协作关系。
2. Liaison with relevant government authorities and customs/CIQ on all matter relating to materials、products and equipments.联络政府相关部门、海关及商检处理涉及料件、成品、设备报关报检的一切事宜。
3. Preparation and submit the bonded materials/goods’ document to the customs, identify and verify HS code for raw material、finish goods、equipments and spare parts.对生产原材料、成品、设备及零配件的HS 编码进行识别和验证，准备和递交保税料件及成品相关文件给海关。
4. Update and maintain the accurate record of bonded materials/goods/equipment in electronic bonded book.更新和维护保税料件、成品及设备账册的准确性。
5. Work close with purchasing/suppliers/shipper to ensure every order have the proper documents and forward documents to clients/forwarders in time。Ensure proper closing of the customs electronic register [bonded book] and other customs documents.与采购部门/供应商/发货人紧密联系以确保每一订单都有正确的单据并及时将单据转送给客户、货代。
6. Work with planning, Production line , warehouse, finance and users to prepare all import & export documents to facilitate on time shipment.与计划、生产、仓库财务等部门紧密结合，准备全部的出运单据给报关行及客户以确保出运工作能按时完成。
7. Analyze forwarding and transportation agent’s service performance for each shipment and select the most competitive agent in service coverage and freight cost.分析货代每一笔进出服务的业绩，在综合服务及费用上选择具有竞争性的货代公司。
8. Track and monitor inbound freight cost, including all express agency expenses、freight 、service charge of customs broker; Report abnormality to import & export manager.跟踪和监督货物的物流费用，包括进口报关费、运输费及报关行的服务费等，及时向进出口经理报告异常费用等。
9. Track and record each import & export shipment performance. Implement to avoid additional cost happen, Such as late fee/penalty etc….. 跟踪并记录每笔进出口通关业务的业绩，避免出现任何额外的附加费用，如海关滞报金或罚款等。
10. Check off import & export bonded book with customs in time to ensure customs regulation on “EPZ Materials policy” can be implement effective.和海关及时核销进出口账册，确保海关关于“出口加工区料件核销管理政策”在公司得到正确有效的执行。
11. Issues payment application form for handling cost, Duty & VAT cost and other fees and transfers them to relevant department after getting the approval by Logistic Manager.填写操作费用及关税与增值税的付款申请表,确认后交给财务.其他与财务交接的单证有：正本税单、正本操作费用发票、确认的付款申请及备案清单等。
12. Perform the other duties assigned by Import & Export Manager / Supply Chain Manager.完成进出口经理、供应链经理安排的其他工作任务。

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
1．A college or above diploma or an equivalent, preferable to major in Logistics or related area, legal customs declarer is perfect; 大专或以上学历, 法定报关员优先;
2. More 2 years working experience on customs/CIQ clearance in the logistics area of a production company or in the logistics/transportation industry- preferable with focus on chemical logistics; 2年以上生产型企业物流报关报检工作经验,或有关工业化学报关经验;
3. Conversant with ocean shipping、import & export customs clearance、CIQ clearance、 customs check in&off processing and some necessary customs regulations and policies; 熟悉海运、进出口报关、报检、核销等各项工作流程及必要的海关相关法规政策;
4. Having actual SAP system application will be priority. 有实际的SAP系统运用者优先考虑;
5. Basic conversation and writing ability in English. 基本的英语交谈和书写能力;
6. Experienced in using office software. 熟练运用办公软件。
