Manufacturing Engineer ---Applications
Primary Objective of Position (General Statement):
Develop and support manufacturing processes with focusing on system set up, new applications development and maintaining, troubling shooting and solutions providing. Implement the overall capabilities build up plan to better support existent plant and future AP other sites with the guidance of AME leader and AP Operations managenement team. Continue to support to produce high quality products in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
Key Job Responsibilites:
"In charge of the development and maintaining the manufacturing applications and system tools in the facility wide.
- Schedule and execute maintenance plan for all the applications and database, data analysis and report;
- Identify opportunities to implement new applications in order to improve the productivity and achieve a sysmatic control;
- As a main contact window and coordinator for worldwide to implement changes according to request;"
Understand and continuously develop the rules and the overall process on manufacturing system including MES, Oracle, and other applicaitons. Creating and maintaining process documents, providing trainings to other colleagues periodically:
Assist new process, new product launch and process verification under a pre-defined schedule and project requirements. Gain a capability to set up the system and all applications in a new transfered line;
"Use LEAN concepts and Six Sigma tool to improve workload, working environment, production process:
- Continually evaluate and improve the flow of materials and products through manufacturing processes
- Continually review key process indicators for potential improvement.
- Identify and justify capital equipment that will contribute to process improvements, cost reductions, and variation elimination."
Through CIP, always strive to comply with ISO 9000/14000/18000 in everything we do everyday; having Think-Customer in mind.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years working experiences in related engineering area, foreign company working experience is preferred
Education/Training:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in related Electronic Information Engineering
Training in Labview and data base software is required
Knowledge of advanced manufacturing engineering tools, safety & environment;
knowledge and programmig skill on PLC, Delphi, VB, C++ software is preferred.
Fluent written and oral communications skills in both English and Chinese.
