- Job Description & Main Duties/Responsibilities:
工作内容&主要工作职责

1. Receive procurement request from OEM user department, and transfer the request to Sourcing activities;
根据OEM内部采购需求，执行采购活动；

2. Create PO based on contract pricing and demand quantity, and release PO to supplier;
根据合约价格及需求数量完成订单，将订单发往供应商；

3. Track and ensure on time PO delivery;
跟踪供应商的订单履行情况；

4. Solve problems occurred in suppliers timely; and coordinate with the supplier and OEM in a proactive way;
协调供应商与OEM内部人员，及时解决在供应商方发生的问题；

5. Increase suppliers’ quality status, improve suppliers’ product quality, manufacturing process, production, capacity, delivery, cost, logistics optimization;
对供应商进行产品质量改进、制造工艺改善、产能提高、发运、成本及物流优化等；

6. Regular and adequate Work Reporting to OEM customer.
向OEM顾客定期汇报工作成果。

- Qualifications:
资质要求：
1. 5+ years’ experience in Purchasing/Supply Management or related job responsibilities, automotive, agriculture and OEM experience is preferred
5年以上采购/供应管理或相关职能的工作经验，有OEM、汽车业或农机行业背景者优先考虑；

2. Good skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution, and good team-working;
优秀的沟通、谈判、及解决问题的能力，善于团队合作；

3. Engineering/Quality experiences in APQP, PPAP (PSW sign-off experience, SPC, P/D FMEA, Control Plan, etc), 8D, Lean Management, POKA-YOKA, ISO 14001 EMS, TS16949 is required;
工程/质量类经验应涵盖APQP、PPAP、8D、精益生产、防错防呆、14001环境管理、TS16949等方面；

4. Bachelor degree in technique/science/engineering;
理工科类本科学历；

5. Fluent English expression in both writing and oral communication;
熟练的英文口语及书面表达能力；

6. Honesty and Integrity.
