JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Parts Specialists

Position Mission:

· To prepare high quality locally sourced parts in the business system and PDM system for the product range produced in responsible MRS hub.

· 100% pro-active Parts set up and pricing for defined sales article, 100% accurate information.

· Actively contribute Pricing activities that increase MRS’ market and customer share while increasing our profitability of MRS’ Service and Spare Parts. All of our daily activities, routines and strategies will be done with the goal of increasing the recurrent sales of Capital Equipment and also assuring that MRS will reach double NIS within 3 years

Specific tasks and responsibilities

· The main task is to decide and manage parts from registration till operational pricing in the business system Movex, PDM system, and PricePoint.

· Make sure correct parts are set as spare parts and secure high quality coding.

· Cooperate with other teams in new projects for MR rigs and also integration projects. Be proactive and strongly contribute to having a complete list of spare parts prepared and priced and in stock before the release of a rig or vehicle.

· Secure and increase the quality of the pricing of our spare parts by using PricePoint software to manage pricing for all relevant parts in our systems. Make sure that our spare parts have correct info in our systems regarding categories, RG’s, PCG’s, families, etc.

· Maintain complete level of master data & actively increase master data quality. Price Revision quality check four times/year (Customs code, SAC code, Country of origin, weight, status, CAT, RG, PGC, Family, etc. ).

· Make sure ACIGN issues are claimed and finished in timely manner according to our targets.

· Follow DN changes related MRS; Handles replacements of spare parts in Movex; Handles listing of included parts, breakdowns.

· Cooperate closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Technical Service, the planning and forecasting and the fleet management group within MRS as well as DC.

· Contribute creating an analytical view of all parts in MRS so that we can evaluate how to control the introduction of new parts and the life cycle of discontinued product parts.

· Organize proactive/immediate response/action in any other extensive area related Parts Specialist work.

Formal knowledge and experience needed

· Excellent English is required in both oral and written, good computer skills and knowledge about Microsoft Office Programs. Knowledge about Movex & PDM system DEMO is an advantage.

· 3 years working experience with good communication skills;

· Good understanding about the products and the value creating benefits of our spare parts.

· Bachelor’s degree required with Technical background, economical knowledge is an advantage.

· Analytical skills with a structured and accurate way of working are necessary to succeed in the position. Self-starter and ability to take responsibility of the mission is a prerequisite.
