Job Description of IMS/Quality Engineer

Vision: Assure quality management/IMS maintain according with AC standard.

Mission: Assure quality management maintains and IMS portal fully established in 2013.

General:

Quality Engineer responsible for IMS maintains, coordinates department of process establishment, review, approval, distribution, as well as developing and maintain IMS Portal.

He is also responsible for ISO 9001 Quality management system maintains, evaluating the effectiveness and improvements.

Responsibility：

1. Responsible for IMS maintains every day;

2. Responsible for coordinate with department manager and coordinator for process establishment, review, approval, distribution.

3. Responsible for training new employee for Quality awareness and system.

4. Responsible for training IMS coordinator for IMS introduction and usage.

5. Responsible for implementation of ISO9001 quality management system.

6. Support internal and external system audits;

7. Responsible for SHEQ report in operation monthly meeting

8. Other tasks related to Quality system.

Requirement：

1. Bachelor degree or above with major in quality control, mechanical, manufacturing

2. Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing and 2 years in Quality system

3. Detailed Knowledge of quality management and quality engineering technologies

4. Familiar with mechanical , hydraulic and pneumatically principles

5. Ability to read, write and speak English

6. Highly skilled in use of personal computer

7. High communication skills to deal with customers and other departments

8. Dynamic, self starter with initiative

9. Willing to learn new skills and knowledge

10. Honest, take things seriously and have good cooperation with other persons

11. Potential to take more responsibilities
