Job description / Mission

· Input machines forecast in Movex based on SRP concept;

· Secure MO is received timely, confirm and release MO;

· Update production schedule to meet MO requirements;

· Check material availability before MPO releasing, co-ordinate with owners to minimize the shortage before production start;

· Expedite buyer for purchased parts and communicate timely all unsourced requirements to sourcing/buyer;

· Maintain and track the procedure on CKD missing parts claim and temporary borrow to meet production schedule;

· Work together with marketing and customer center to respond to pull in/push out of customer orders.

· Analyze current and future part shortage, work for preventive solution with related supports;

· Follow up the MPO and ensure that they are closed timely;

· Escalate in time to Logistic manager, production manager for any critical issues that affects OTD performance;

· Be as driver to meet On Time Delivery target for responsible orders;

· Contribute to inventory target including but not limited: minimum stock to balance the delivery and inventory; monitor and control material in stock & WIP; resolve the disposition of obsolete and slow moving inventory;

· Active participation in the materials and manufacturing cost reduction effort;

· Provide material and manufacturing cost inputs to finance department

Competence requirements

· Excellent consideration in working.

Knowledge / Educational requirements

· University degree ( or equivalent );

· Be familiar to importing and exporting process.

· Ability to conduct root cause analysis and Strong problem solving skills

· Initiative and the ability to work well with others.

· Familiar with MRP logic, Production Planning, materials planning, inventory management and Work Order control process.

· Computer Knowledge: Basics of ERP, MS office experience.

· Minimum of 2-year experience in similar function;

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English.
