Part 1: Describe the Position

Summary:

A) List the essential functions and major activities in order of their importance.

l Make sure accounting book abide by USGAAP ,PRC GAAP ,Tax regulation and HQ requirement

l Checking and posting JE in BPCS.

l Preparing Accrual ledgers during month close

l Reconciliation interco. AP/AR

l Preparing TB

l Preparing expense report

l Conduct Taxation transactions and follow up local tax regulation checking

l Complete internal audit on BS review and FCPA/SOX

Part 2. Describe the Person

A) Minimum professional and educational background desired (include years of experience).

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting

2. Familiar with US GAAP is preferred

3. Minimal 6 years general accounting management/supervisory experiences with foreign invested companies

4. Hands-on experience in major ERP system and OFFICE (EXCEL.WORD etc.)

5. Good skill in English.
