Responsibilities:

• Assist in development of plans, strategies, requirements and process for new energy vehicles
• Plan and cascade vehicle level, system level engineering requirements to sub-system or components
• Perform system integration of battery system, motor system and vehicle control system to achieve desired function and performance
• Lead new energy vehicle system level testing, calibration and optimization
• Support vehicle launch on time with quality
• Lead system data analysis for quality improvement with cross function team
• Study system cost reduction proposal with cross function team to achieve program cost target

Qualification:

• Bachelor or higher degree in power electronics, electrical & electronics, powertrain system engineering automation engineering, motor engineering, motor control engineering, vehicle calibration, is preferred
• Good knowledge of HEV, PHEV and BEV vehicle basic architecture, working principle of AC/DC, DC/DC power electronics, system integration and calibration, vehicle controlling, CAN network
• Good knowledge of system modeling and simulation technology, such as Matlab, Labview, Simulink, dSpace, ANSYS, CATIA, CAE etc.
• 3-10 years of hands-on design and manufacturing experience in electrical, power electronics, vehicle control, system modeling, powertrain calibration, system sizing, system integration, high voltage testing, is preferred
• Excellent project management skill, is preferred
• Good English communication skills in writing, reading, listening and speaking
• Willing to trip in domestic and oversea
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks
