Responsibilities:

Requirements management

- Evaluation of user requests (find solution approaches, alternatives, set priorities with users, adapt requests)

- Analyze/define processes for location, check/adjust with global processes

- Prepare requests and solution approaches for central IT and establish communication with operating department

- Tracking of requests together with operating department

- Responsible for reporting of DCNJ IT application and process requirements

System support

- Support of all SAP ERP modules at DCNJ (FI, CO, PLM, SD, PP, QM, MM, LES, DVS) and SAP enhancements (Speedy, Zerberus, ACURA)

- Support Business Warehouse

Project management

- Manage local SAP projects

- Training of key users in operating departments

- Execute/support training for users

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in business computer science or business economics

- Experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning System, preferably SAP

- Knowledge and understanding of processes within logistics, financials or product development

- Understanding of business administration

- Project management and methodical skills of business design (value stream design, DMAIC)

- Analytical approach to solve complex requirements

- Interpersonal skills and ability to work within virtual team environment

- High communication and presentation ability

- Very good command of English language (spoken/written)

- Willingness to travel
