Job Description:

Partnering with HRBPs, businesses & functions, develop, support and execute Talent Management(TM) mandate to South China (GD Branch, SZ branch, CSC, Call Center) in areas of Learning & Training, Performance Management, Talent Reviews & Assessments, Leadership Development, Management & Employee Development, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Change Management. Serve as a point of contact of TM in South China

· Performance Management: Support and roll out performance management process; Support modifications of Peer Groups and facilitate round tables when necessary; Drive change management mindset to integrate Performance Management as a business-owned process.

· Learning and Development: Support and execute strategic learning initiatives; Identify and analyze learning needs within South China; Develop & deliver relevant learning solutions.

· Talent Review and Succession Planning: Manage Talent Review & Succession Planning process and follow up progression of HiPos in South China

· Diversity & Inclusion: Support D&I programs and initiatives in South China

· On boarding: Optimize and support on boarding process and initiatives; Deliver New Employee Orientations

· Leadership Development: Support global/regional leadership development initiatives in South China including programs, mentoring/coaching and 360 assessment support

· Employee Engagement: Support EVP initiatives; Design and deliver post employee survey action plans

· Support client needs on employee engagement, L&D needs, on boarding, career development, etc.

· Optimize and deploy Talent Management resources and tools (e.g., toolkits, guides, webinars, web tools, AIG Competency Framework, Talent Connection e-learning modules)

Required skills and Experience:

· 6-8 years relevant experience in Talent Management, Human Resources or similar experience in executing Performance Management, Talent Development, Leadership/Management development is required

· Highly motivated & proactive with strong ethics and principles

· Adaptable and highly resilient; capable of adding value within the ambiguity of a changing and transforming organization

· Strong business orientation and client focus with the ability to translate business needs into Talent Management initiatives

· Able to work independently as an individual or as a part of a team

· Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English

· Bachelor degree required; relevant Post-Grad degree preferred
