1) Key Responsibilities

1.Strategically sourcing of Plant Package, Equipment and functional materials by interacting with Engineering Team

to drive cost reduction.

2.Conducting the formation and administration of purchase through the steps of bidder pre-qualification, compilation of bid requests, receipt of bids, evaluation, negotiation, recommendation and award in accordance with established policies and procedures.

3.Supporting FEED (Front End Engineering Development) process by providing procurement support on new proposals and business development opportunities

4.Leading overall project procurement as focal point to Engineering and Business Development to manage project procurement cost and schedule within budget.

5.Supplier Management: a).Taking lead of alternative supplier qualification. b).Coordinating supplier corrective actions, Managing claim and back charge in accordance with NCR process. C).Supplier Measurement
