SUMMARY
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions; manage quality and consistency of service delivery.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Present and sell company services to current and potential clients;
2.Identify sales prospects and contact the accounts as assigned;
3.Develop and maintain sales materials and current service knowledge;
4.Coordinate with overseas agents and collect price and other information for clients;
5.Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts;
6.Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships;
7.Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up;
8.Identify and resolve client concerns;
9.Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales;
10.Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered to appropriate company staff;
11.Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals;
12.Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1.College or bachelor degree;
2.Over 2 years sales experience in freight forward industry;
3.Basic reading and writing skill in English (CET-4 or above);
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Knowledge of sales techniques;
5.Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public;
6.Work requires frequent local travel to current and potential clients.
