- 设计调研模版，进行需求调研，定期输出各类分析报告；
- 了解各业务模板特点和运营架构，优化人力资源流程及管理表单；
- 分析项目需求，制定项目计划及进程，提供解决方案（不限于：薪酬、职位评估、人力资源管理及技术解决方案等）。

任职要求：
- 本科学历，3年以上相关工作经验；
- 有较强的数据分析、规划管理能力；
- 人力资源、数理统计等相关专业优先；
- 有HR项目调研/咨询经验、大型企业内部顾问或人力资源项目经验者优先；
- 能承受工作压力。
