工作职责：
1. 负责公司产品的UI/UE设计，同时兼顾交互设计和界面设计
2. 参与产品界面的设计和制作，负责项目相关部分的时间表和设计资源安排，配合整体需求提交流程，按时提供高质量效果图和页面
3. 负责公司产品的整体设计风格，制定设计标准，并进行管理和实施。
4. 把握UI/UE的行业发展趋势，定期进行分析，及时给出中长线规划建议
5. 管理产品部的设计团队，分配好相关设计任务，对下属的工作效率和质量负责。

职位要求：
1、美术、广告、设计或相关专业专科
2、五年以上相关行业工作和管理经验
3、富于创新、思维活跃，并对先进的设计理念和技术有较强的理解能力
4、有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力
5、能够熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Dreamweaver、Illustrator、Axure等软件，具有较强的手绘创作能力更佳
6、熟练掌握Web前端技术（XHTML/XML/CSS/Javascript等）
7、良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定强度的工作压力
