职位描述
Responsibilities:
Compensation:
· Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees every month;
· Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference;
· Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees;
· Assist HR Manager in participating in salary and benefit survey, generating pay trend report and benchmark analysis;
· Annual people cost estimation for SBP preparation purpose;
· Local salary service to expatriate employees on International Mobility Assignment.
Benefits:
· Complete social welfare contribution and health insurance, personal accident insurance or other insurance benefits for employees;
· Responsible for employee's enquiries to social welfare and any other insurance programs' rules applicable to employee
· Responsible for social welfare and other insurance commence/termination/transfer for staff in and out;
· Manage allowances related to staff benefits entitlement, such as work meal, transportation allowance, annual mini-café, etc.
· Local accommodation for expatriates, from rental agreement till final termination process.
Tax:
· Complete monthly Individual Income Tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and cooperate with payroll agent on the tax report to Tax Department;
· Compile annual Individual Income Tax finalization for employees, or expatriates;
· Working with expatriates' home unit HR for tax equalization topic;
· Update employees on any new issues of Individual Income Tax from Tax Department.
Performance Management:
· Follow up People1st procedure, make sure the record are complete;
· Compute annual bonus according to Thales bonus plan and rule.
Other HR Admin Management:
· Leaves management according to company policies and procedure;
· Overtime management according to company policies and procedures;
· Accurate staff information update and safely keep, proper and duly personal profile and HR documents filing;
· Various certificating and attesting letters upon employees requests, in line with company's policies and procedures.
· Any other HR related job tasks assigned by HR superior
Requirements:
· Bachelor degree, preferred from Finance or Business Management Faculty; good sense to numbers;
· 5 years HR experience within which 3 years focus on C&B with a positive attitude;
· HR, Law and tax knowledge;
· Good analytical and problem solving skills, good judgment and decision making capability;
· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
· Excellent written and verbal English;
· Able to handle confidential information appropriately;
· Be proactive.
· Strong knowledge in salary structure and development, benefits and compensation, surveys/benchmarking and job evaluation systems;
· Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
