KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
* Responsible for ensuring contract compliance
* Responsible for preparation, transmittal and negotiation of claims, including all necessary back up documentation in accordance with contract requirements.
* Responsible for commercial-related bid documents and contract documents preparation and make sure the contents are completed and correct in a professional manner;
* Responsible for commercial-related contract negotiation.
* Responsible for administration of contractual insurance, bonding, warranty, escrow and other contract requirements (e.g. Localization).
* Prepare offer to external and internal customer based on internally confirmed cost calculation and specific offering conditions.
* In conjunction with legal counsel, develops contractual position and provides contract interpretation to the project team and senior management for all contractual issues. Conducts research and obtains backup documentation with respect to controversial issues, contract interpretation, potential disputes, and make recommendations thereon.
* Liaise directly with risk management analysts, brokers and sureties in connection with all contract bonding and insurance related matters.
* Initiate, expedite and ensure timely responses to correspondence and completion of documentation by the project team and other departments as required.
* Participate in meetings with the Customer, internal project review and operation presentations.
* Assist to prepare all the Gate documents to ensure compliance with TST Gate requirements
* Follow all the actions in bid period and negotiation period
* Close communication with Sales/Project Team/Technical Team in the planning, coordination with all internal and external partners, execution of the tender submission.

BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
* Engineering or project-related or commercial/management degree or equivalent professional qualification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
