职位描述
Responsibilities职责:
To perform system design, analysis, modelling and simulation to specify and verify train control systems developed. To develop and define system design features to meet Customer requirements. To analyse and evaluate designs to verify compliance with System technical requirements. To develop and define ATC Subsystems requirements. To analyse and evaluate ATC system performance and prepare associated technical contract deliverables.
完成系统设计、分析、建模与仿真,说明和验证列车控制系统开发。开发和定义系统功能以满足客户需求。分析和评估设计,以验证符合系统技术需求。开发和定义ATC子系统需求。分析和评估ATC系统性能,准备相关的技术性合同文件。
The incumbent is accountable for performing the design work correctly, within cost and schedule limits, as defined in approved work packages. The System Engineer typically works with a team of engineers to define what will be designed, how it will perform and how it will be determined that it is working correctly.
在职者负责在成本和进度的限制条件下,按照批准的工作包的定义,正确地执行设计工作。系统工程师一般会与一个工程师团队去定义设计什么,怎样设计,怎样确定设计工作正确执行。
Converts Customer requirements into conceptual designs and prepares associated documentation by performing operational analyses, simulations and technical trade-off studies evaluating alternative design configurations and functional features.
Similarly creates new concepts or modifies existing concepts to fulfil customer requirements.
Prepares system & subsystem requirement specifications, interface requirements and test requirement documents by analysing, decomposing modelling and refining customer requirements and typical train control domain requirements.

Performs technical/engineering tasks to define system design and subsystem requirements details. Analysis and simulations are performed as necessary to identify design feasibility & driving requirements.
执行定义系统设计和子系统需求细节等技术/工程任务。必要时完成系统的分析和仿真,以鉴定设计的可行性和推导需求。
Prepares and supports preparation of design & development proposals based on a knowledge of ATC technology, customer requirements and backed by analysis, simulation and trade-off of key design driving requirements.

Presents technical design proposals and reports to customers and/or other engineering/management groups in clear, complete, concise and non-ambiguous terms.
Prepares specialized ATC systems analyses based on polytechnic engineering skills and knowledge of the ATCS domain.
提出技术设计提案,用清晰、完整、简洁、非歧义的专业术语汇报给客户和(或)其他工程师/管理组。基于综合技术工程技能和ATCS领域的知识,准备专业的ATC系统分析。
Prepares specialised ATC system analyses based on polytechnic engineering skills and detail knowledge of the ATCS domain, covering one or more of the following:
Logic and Continuous Controls Design;
Functional decomposition and modelling
ATC vehicle interface circuit design;
Negotiate with customer and external supplier on the interface requirements, working split and supply scope
基于综合技术工程技能和ATCS领域的知识,准备专业的ATC系统分析。包含以下一个或几个方面:

Requirements:
3+ years working experience in Railway Signalling or related industry
B.A.Sc in Electrical, Computer, System Design Engineering or equivalent, or R&D experience in electronic or electrical systems
Basic mechanical & dynamic motion analysis, radio communications systems engineering, automatic controls and command engineering.
Knowledge of specification-driven systems design (as it applies to computer systems with both hardware and software operation).
Good technical English language writing skills; good communication and analytical skills.
Familiarity with modern software development methodology tools and software specification.
Good planning and organization skills.
Basic mechanical & dynamic motion analysis, reliability engineering, radio communications systems engineering, automatic controls and command engineering.
Familiarity of electronic circuit design with microprocessors, such as DSP, ARM etc for industry products.
Knowledge of embedded real-time system software development.
Knowledge of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol.
Knowledge of product development lifecycle.
Basic knowledge of EMC, EMI and related industry standards.
