职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司房地产基金投资策略设计；
2、负责房地产基金项目的组织，设立，管理，执行及对外合作；
3、领导团队，进行谈判和项目的进程把握；
4、参与机构投资者关系维护。
任职资格：
1、金融、投资、经济学，房地产相关专业本科以上学历.；
2、三年以上相关工作经历，在大型地产公司、银行金融机构或非银行金融机构从事过房地产融资、基础设施融资和股权融资等相关工作；
3、熟悉房地产开发融资、基础设施融资的程序；熟悉银行理财融资、集合资金信托的专业知识或熟悉房地产基金管理的流程及特点;同时需了解房地产资本市场的特点；
4、熟悉企业、房地产并购程序并有过实际操作经验；
5、具备良好的沟通协调能力，积极进取的精神及接受挑战的性格。
