Key Responsibilities:
To provide administrative, finance and logistic supports for the operation of the Cpmpany initiatives and activities in Shanghai;
Handle member application assessments for mainland China;
To provide support in maintaining updated member database in relation to the implementation of new member recruitment activities, Company Program (Foundation and Professional level) and Passport targets for tertiary institutions and employer partners;
Support the Business Development Executives in establishing Company as the preferred accountancy designation for a portfolio of targeted employer partners and tertiary institutions;
Build successful and sustainable relationships ensuring the effective delivery and execution of a compelling product and service offer (based on the Company learning continuum) to students and employers, and specifically for recruiting new members and increasing Company Program enrolments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in business administration, economics or social sciences from a recognized university
Experience:
With 3 to 5+ years working experience at least in business development/administration and finance related functions, which is preferably gained from Multinational companies / professional associations / universities.
Accountancy or learning and development background beneficial
Skills:
Strong administration and finance skills in a professional services or equivalent environment
Mature professional who thinks strategically
Skilled at participating in change processes
Very good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese
Excellent interpersonal skills and a self-starter
Proven ability to use influence and persuasion to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
Team player with an inclusive style
Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
To be successful for this role you must have proven experience in a similar supporting role. You will also posses good influencing and negotiation skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Chinese and English). The ability to develop and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally is crucial.
