1. As a tool PM to work with platform engineering's team to gather and analyze requirements to design internal Automation Tools for Capacity management, ETL monitoring, Quality Engineering, Workload management, SLA management, Data Quality Check, Test Framework, which are built on top of Teradata platform.

2. As a framework PM to work with Hadoop team closely on their ETL/Hadoop framework.

3. Deliver BRDs (Business Requirement Doc) and PRDs(Product Requirement Doc) with prioritized features and corresponding measurable justification.

4. Responsible for developing tools product and manage entire product line life cycle from planning to release with a business and technical perspective and capable to develop product roadmap and solid User Experience Flow design.

5. Supervise the User Experience/User Interface Design, provide your thoughts to developers to implement it and do the UAT from user perspectives.

6. Act as project manager to prepare project plans, actively manage projects from requirements through implementation. Report weekly on progress and deliverables against plan.

7. Work closely with all internal groups and customers to understand opportunities and needs and to ensure successful product roll-outs and ongoing internal adoption

8. Analyze, identify and qualify opportunities for new product features and functions in support of competitive product positioning

9. Educate other teams on technical features and benefits of product and define possible integration potentials for cross-functional features.

10. Train and demo products and features to customers and partners

Required qualifications for this position include

Minimum BS Degree required; a strong plus if in Computer Science or Engineering, Preferably computer science related Master degree

5+ years experience with advanced data management technologies/practices, big-data data warehousing technologies, analytic operations

MUST have hands on 3 years + experience on software development as the engineer has open source concept and experience.

Must 2+ years direct experience as a Project Manager managing software products and analytics tools/infrastructures.

Excellent verbal English communication skills are mandatory.

Should have strong database technical experience and strong SQL skills, Preferably Hadoop experience.

Should have the capacity to develop a clear understanding of the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Should be able to communicate fluently with business users, technical people and management across the organization.
