Major Tasks:
？ Lead Medical Emergency Response Management for BISS
？ Lead and manage BISS Site FAS (First aid station), supervise rotary shift medical staffs from 3r party including 4 doctors, 5 nurses and 4 ambulance drivers and 1 ambulance.
？ Develop, qualify, and manage medical emergency response system effectively by updating chemical medical emergency treatment database &manual and maintaining medical facility and organizing training/checking/audit/drill for first aiders and medical staff (in site and outside site) for BISS chemical medical emergency response
？ Liaise with external medical resources and relevant authorities to support medical emergency response and occupational health management
？ Lead Occupational Health Management for BMSC
？ Support Occupational Health Management and General health management for BMS China & BCL, consist of the following aspects:
？ Health Surveillance/Compliance health exams (On-board, On-job, Exit, Transferring, Emergency and Follow up medical checks) Programs for BMS,BTES and BCL
？ Occupational Demands Assessment with BU to identify occupational health surveillance group and health qualification for BMS , BTES and BC
？ Fitness for duty evaluation for all legal entities for BMS /BTES and BCL
？ Employee annual check-up program for BMS/BTES/BHC/BCL
？ Occupational Disease/Illness/ Worker Injury Care And Case Management for all BMS,BTES China and BCL
？ Occupational Health Surveillance File management and health data Management for BMS,BTES and BCL
？ Provide health promotion program for preventive Health Initiatives for BMSC,BTES China and BCL
？ Support HR and HSE on medical related issues regarding employee health and wellness for BMS,BTES China and BCL
？ Medical emergency response and medical alert for global mobilization Collaborate with Bayer AG medical related team and OHS team, work about global policy develop/interpret/implementation in China.
？ As Global OHS community member, support Bayer AG medical and OHS program in China, such as Global policy discussion/ develop/interpret/implementation, Phosgene safety experiments, SAWS PSRRA program, medical audit in China, etc.
？ Support Global PSG for phosgene medical related issue in China
？ Support BMSM for BPA health related issue in China
？ Act as a AICM Taskforce member, collaborate with China Authority about China OH standards and regulation develop/interpret


Requirement:
？ Bachelor or master degree in medicine, preferred Ph.D. degree in medical
？ Good English skill both oral and written
？ Medical background or have similar working experience for at least 5 years in comparable areas
？ Teamwork spirit
？ Managerial skill
？ Willing to work under high pressure Flexibility
