Position Title: Operation Director

Client Profile:
Our client is one of the famous Gas companies.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professional staff to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of China production facilities.
- Supervise China production activities in a Safe, Reliable and Efficient manner;
- Ensure that the operations of China plants are in compliance with the related legislation and monitor the compliance;
- Provide adequate technical resources for the individual companies and functions within China to achieve safe and efficient performance;
- Collaborate with the management and individual companies to develop and implement the operation strategy for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization;
- Ensure that operation disciplines are well implemented and followed;
- Provide measurement of effectiveness of all operational activities through compiling timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating condition of the company;
- Analyze and optimize the operation activities for continuous improvement to the operation reliability and productivity with defined targets aiming at achieving the best performance of the plants and facilities;
- Develop training plans for operators and engineers in individual companies to improve the knowledge of efficient ASU operation

Key Requirements:
- At least bachelor’s degree in cryogenic/chemical/process/mechanical/electrical engineering
- Fluent oral and written English.
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering and plant operation, preferably in the industrial gas field
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Working knowledge of MSOffice
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong influencing skills
