职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Identify the business opportunities and develop short-term & long-term strategies together with other team leaders;
2. Based on industry knowledge and experience, provide useful market input, and work closely with product and operation team to develop annual product plan for retail business;
3. Develop effective marketing annual plans. Implement online and offline marketing campaigns with internal and external licensees and partners, support business heads to achieve P&L targets;
4. Play a leader role of Interactive marketing, work with marketing function to develop and execute overall marketing strategy;
5. Work with TWDC marketing to promote and enhance operating Brands & IPs;
6. Manage various key 3rd party strategic partners alliance, mainly focusing on online and SNS portals, mobile operators, online community, etc. ;
7. Lead synergy function with brand and key franchises marketing, CRM initiatives and manage synergy promotions。
8. Lead the DI research function to study the industry trends and consumers’ behavior and preferences.
Requirements:
1. Over 10 years marketing experience with large successful new digital media companies in China, held a senior position in last few years;
2. Very good vision for New Digital Media business;
3. Excellent connections with local companies;
4. Strong brand/product knowledge and skills, at least familiar with famous luxury watch brands;
5. Have very strong leadership skills;
6. Very creative, experience and ability to build the business without big budget;
7. Rich assets from his/her past experience, ability to build a solid marketing plan;
8. Excellence in execution, willing to get hands on jobs;
