IE经理

MAIN DUTIES
Define and propose to operations and GM direction for validation:

-Middle term (1 year - SIOP) and long term 5 year industrial strategy of the Division based on Division business plan.
-Allocation of machines / projects -In-sourcing / out sourcing plan
-Plant layout and plan their evolution
-New technologies in production and implement them after validation. Identify productivities, and coordinate productivity actions to achieve best industrial performance (Indicators : TRP, TRS, Direct labor cost / manufactured sales, non quality costs / sales, stock value) Lead Value Stream Analysis twice a year.
Manage and is responsible for:
-QCDM performance of all activities related to capacity projects
-Projects of adaptation of our facility to our business/industrial plan, regulation, law, internal procedures
-IAR generation for new equipments, equipment adaptation, facility adaptation, IAR validation, IAR budget respect.
-Is responsible for respect and deployment of Plant, Branch，Group, quality system deployment in his department, and department activities.
-Safety, health, environment standards of the Group, 5 axes, VPS principles and the law in is activity, by his team, and provide results in accordance.
Manage: -New industrial equipment project managers Ensure respect of:
- Any quality standard to ensure customers products and services quality in accordance with customer expectations

TRAINING AND PROFIL
-Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory, Japanese is a +.
-Requires a minimum of 5 years related work experience including: Senior Project Management or Manufacturing Management (APU level minimum).
-Strong technical knowledge of the Toyota Production System/VPS and practical demonstration of lean principles in equipment (i.e. designed to support TPM, SMED, 5S, etc…).
Education: Degree in Engineering is required. An advanced degree in Business Management or related field is highly desired

2、负责制定作业标准和标准工时，包括新品的工时预测 ；

3、实施优化生产资源，包括：机器设备、工序流程的人员配备；

4、负责规划生产线，进行物流和Layout的设计；

5、进行作业分析，制定作业说明书。
