岗位职责：
1、参与客户端需求与总体设计；
2、根据需求和总体设计对客户端核心模块与逻辑设计及实现；
3、参与制定和指导执行产品开发流程与标准；
4、客户端代码测试与维护；
5、开展部门培训与新人培养，搭建人才梯队。

加班情况：需要有一定的加班 ，每个项目的进度安排不一样，会有补贴
薪酬福利： 底薪+奖金+项目提成 年底双薪 最少也是13薪/年
