岗位概要: Key Performance Area
1. Team player, hands-on and willing to deal with difficult tasks.
2. Comfortable with being creativity, flexible, assertive and convincing.
主要工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
1. Execute fillings product development projects in the area of innovation, quality improvements and HMM as well.
2. Provide valuable analysis report for highlighting interpretation and proposal to ensure WCF products’ technical competitiveness.
3. Develop and study raw materials according to business requirements and support project run smoothly.
4. Develop maximal cost efficiency of new and existing formulas with highest taste quality.
5. Build strong relationship with suppliers and chef or other institutions to leverage their technology and capability in product and ingredient innovation.
6. Lead compliance efforts for all fillings product label and ingredients.
7. Develop new ingredients and technologies in co-operation with external research institutes and suppliers in order to leverage its competitive edge with proprietary formulations.
教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
1. Education: Minimal requirement is BS at Food Science or Chemical Engineering, MS at Food Science or Chemical Engineering is preferred.
2. Experience: Minimal 4 years at International Foods Company’s R&D team, seasoning R&D experience is perfected.
3. Knowledge: Academic knowledge at food science application, seasoning application, starch application, fat application field. Practical knowledge at food products’ trouble-shooting, Design of Experiment, statistical analysis and SAP BOM setting, etc.
4. Skills & Competency: Excellent communication throughout all levels of involved, fluent in English and Mandarin both written and verbal and strong computer skills
