This position is in charge of two roles. One is HR officer, who coordinate a variety of HR activities under the supervision of Head of HR.
Another role is Executive Assistant, who shall provide administrative support for the GM,requiring discretion, confidentiality, a good understanding of business vocabulary.

HR:
This role performs professional Human Resources functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relationship, training and other HR tasks assigned by Head Of HR

Staffing:
Execute recruitment plan including sourcing, screening and selection

Employee Relationship:
Organize employee activities, including annual dinner, kick off meeting, team-building, physical examination, etc
Handle employee on-board process as well as resignation procedure, including new employee orientation program, social security and file transfer

C&B:
To be responsible for the social security and housing fund for the employees and working with the Agent (Shanghai Fesco) to ensure the company's practice aligned with local regulation
To process employee attendance and leave record
Maintain the Employment Data in SAP

Others:
Take on other tasks and projects assigned by the Head Of HR

Executive Assistant:
Perform general administrative duties for GM across a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, coordinating meetings/appointments, arranging travel, ordering/maintaining supplies, the management of an office, the reception of Chinese and overseas visitors, etc.
Play a role in some business projects. Maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
