职位描述
Role and Responsibilities:
? Partnering with management team of responsible business units, to identify and deliver HR solutions that build competitive advantage, enhance organization performance and realize the business' strategies. In particular, responsible for contributing to the people strategies and programs, and providing strategic advice, direction and support for business change
? Providing HR advice and support for the managers and employees in each responsible business unit
? Working in collaboration with COE, to facilitate talent acquisition, development and retention; build leadership and business capability; drive employee engagement and performance improvement initiatives; and mitigate people risk
As a member of the Country HR team, responsible for contributing business insight to the development of innovative HR strategies for China, for implementing Global and Regional HR initiatives and programs across the responsible business units, and for contributing to the evolution of a country HR service delivery model that drives operational efficiency and strategic value add.
Financial
? Work with the Country Heads and management teams, to ensure headcount and employment cost are managed in line with Country objectives
? Coordinate HR information and workforce analysis and reporting in line with country requirements
Business Process
1.HR Strategy
? Contribute to the development of innovative people strategies for China
? Provide HR input to the development and execution of Country people strategies, implementation plans and budgets across the responsible business units
? Closely partner with the management team, and leverage HR expertise, to provide HR solutions and services to advance the objectives of each responsible business unit.
2.Personnel Policies and Programs
? Contribute to, and assist with the delivery of HR services (policies, practices and systems) across the responsible business units, coordinating access to HR expertise as required.
? Lead the talent review, succession planning and development process to address key capability and knowledge gaps across the responsible business units
? Partner with management and COE on culture, organizational design, diversity, employee development, employee engagement, and compensation and performance management for the responsible business units.
3.Support for Business Change
? Provide HR project leadership on business transformation and change initiatives
? Identify HR information, service and process improvement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and further reduce cost
4.Compliance
? Mitigate employment risk by ensuring the responsible business units conform to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements.
? Ensure HR policies are consistently interpreted and applied across the responsible business units
Customer
? Be a trusted strategic advisor and coach to the management teams of the responsible business units
? Be an available resource to managers and employees at all levels across the responsible business units, providing responsive and relevant advice, counseling and guidance and recommending appropriate actions to facilitate effective results
? Maintain an effective and productive organizational climate by keeping aware of employee issues, monitoring morale and motivation, and recommending actions to enhance employee - employer relations.
People
? Role model of the Chartis values and leadership behaviors
? Collaborate with members of the Finance, Legal and Compliance teams, the Country HR team to deliver HR and business outcomes.
Requirements:
? Minimum of 7-10 years experience in a HR Generalist/Business Partner/HR Management role
? Experience in working for a multinational, diverse, matrix organization
? Sound business acumen and thorough understanding of business fundamentals
? Strategic thinker, with a proven track record in delivering commercially focused HR/business initiatives to organizational needs in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
? Strong organization development and change capability.
? Strong operational generalist experience, with in-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures and risks
? Demonstrated ability to identify and analyze trends related to recurring issues and recommend solutions
? Highly developed problem solving skills
? Working knowledge of country HR legislation, regulations, policies and practices
? Customer focused; with demonstrated ability to develop consultative relationships with management and influence both strategic and tactical outcomes.
? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the presence and ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of staff
? Ability and willingness to balance strategic planning with day to day hands on service delivery
? Approachable, empathetic and responsible to others' needs with the ability to confront issues diplomatically
? Exceptional project management, organization, prioritization and multitasking capability critical for success
