Duties &
Responsibilities:

1. Prepare Monthly/Quarterly financial reports on both local statutory & US GAAP basis by the scheduled timeline.
2. Maintain reporting system and provide various reports to local regulators and managements.
3. Provide well support on management's ad hoc requirement.
4. Provide comprehensive financial analysis to managements
5. Lead financial reports related project per management's plan
6. Help manager design/improve reporting procedure to meet the target of high efficiency and good quality
7. Implement, maintain and strengthen key internal control in financial reporting process
8. Assist with internal and external auditing, and follow up on audit findings to be implemented


Candidate
Specification:

1. 5 years or above working experience in financial reporting.
2. Bachelor's degree or above on accounting related
3. Solid understanding of CAS(Chinese Accounting Standard) and US GAAP (insurance accounting experience is plus), CPA/ACCA/CMA is plus
4. Proficiency in Ms Office applications, esp. Excel, Access
5. Good oral and written English
6. Good communication and problem solving skills
7. Good time management skills
8. Strong sense of responsibility
9. Willingness to learn and improve
10. Attention to details
