Duties &
Responsibilities:

1. Execute and follow-up with the actions per the guidance by line manager(s) to support business plans - esp. commercial lines marketing and communication.
2. Support section managers of CCD to complete the documents and plans and follow-up with internal departments to ensure the implementation of these actions on track, on time, on budget.
3. Support department to implement all regional related and compliance related projects / registrations - chatter, website migration, star-lines systems etc.
4. Guide Intern and responsible for the CCD functional presentations to all china staff - News coverage report, TV, newsletters.
Liaise and coordinate with local CCD functions to ensure their follow-up of the actions at branches with set-timeline and requests. Provide logistic supports for CCD functions (incl. branches)
5. Provide support for routine work - communication materials update, news clippings, website contents maintenance, filing etc.
6. Provide logistic support to CSR events to section managers

Candidate
Specification:

1. Good & positive attitude to work, and dedicative , willing to learn, diligent & responsible
2. Good writing and translation capabilities
3. Good coordinating skills across different functions and departments / branches
4. Understanding insurance business or financial / B2B sector
5. Good office reporting skills - power point, excel, word
6. Team working and vibrant to be exposed to broader scope of work and be abele to working under pressure
