Area manager - job description:

1. Make sure AQM customers are satisfied with the job done by the QC of your area (inspection process, reliability of inspection result, report quality)
2. Make sure the QCs respect AQM rules, follow AQM process, have the necessary garments knowledge
3. Hire news QCs with the agreement of the Country Manager
4. Train new QCs to follow AQM process, write reports, improve their garment knowledge
5. Check the work quality of the area QCs and give feedback to the Country Manager
6. Participate to the daily allocation of QC by giving information to office about which QC is the most suitable for each category of inspection/product/customer
7. Inform the Country Manager about any misconduct, disrespect of AQM rules, mistakes of QCs

Area : Zhejiang + Shanghai

Key requirements:

1. University license degree or master
2. At least 5 years experience in garment / textile / shoes industry as QC and QC manager (or similar position)
3. Strong management of QC team experience.
4. Fluent English for both reading and writing. Need to write English inspection reports daily. Good computer skills.
5. Familiar with the quality inspection process and knowledge of AQL.
6. Need to analyse the quality defects, check measurements and make a good feedback and reporting of all the encountered problems
7. Hard-working, can manage the pressure
8. Familiar with textile and large goods production processes. Can understand quality standards to export garments in Europe
9. According to the different requirements of customers and technical file, you need adapt your work.
