Job responsibilities:

- Responsible for research, development, compiling and promotion of the new technique of the model.
- Technical support for the modification or upgrading test of general equipment of the model.
- Prepare and purchase specialized equipment of the model
- Prepare technique files during the trial production and launch periods.
- Organize and coordinate production during launch period.
- Work with Quality and Technology Departments to ensure the painting is complete and correct in the painting workshop.
- Responsible for the execution and implementation of the technique at the painting shop.
- Assist the employees' technical training in the workshop.
- Work on the technical painting problems
- Responsible for summarizing and reflecting on the experience gained at each stage of the project
- Feasibility analysis and implementation of cost reduction measures as well as the outcome confirmation.
- Make planning for new painting project or task .such as,capacity increase,
- Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment.
- Review the technical aspect of painting drawing of the newly developed product.

Qualification requirements:

- Bachelors Degree-Mechanical Engineer or Chemical Engineering
- Prefer automotive experience (will consider others with relevant skills)
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in painting process and auxiliary equipment and of paint materials. Familiar with processes related to painting metal and plastic parts and the paint process
- Experience in developing new processes- and specifying the right paint, right e-coat, right surface treatment and surface finishes for proper adherence of paint or coating or plating or anodizing.
- Experience in troubleshooting equipment-Working with cosmetic defects...working to solve equipment problems and equipment upgrades to reduce the number of cosmetic defects from painting processes.
- Solid analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good team spirit, self-motivation and multi-cultural capabilities.
