Responsibilities：
- Product definition: Define new product or improve current products according to market information, industry trend and technology development
- Product management: Coordinate functional teams like marketing, R&D, manufacture, overall project management to product development, production switch, release to market, disliting
- Information process: collect and analyze market informtion, comeptition situation, sales data, customer requirement, formulate to related report and document
- Registration management: coordinate registration department to define product registration plan according to market information and product status, support registration deparment to accomplish product registration
- Ecosystem management: Manage partners related to product development, coordinate resource to accomplish product development
- Assist product line to define and implement the process for full cycle product management
Requirements：
-Bachelor degree or above in engineering, computer science or related major
-Minimum4 years working experience in IVD industry, and more than 2 years experiences in R&D, product management, pre-sales technology or related role
-Strong in data collection & analysis skills & creative & team work spirit
-Excellent communication and execution ability
-Fluent oral and written English & good computer skills/Microsoft Office

-信息收集：收集和分析市场信息、竞争对手情况、销售数据、客户需求反馈，并形成相关报告
-注册管理：根据市场信息及产品进展，协调和支持注册部门制定注册计划，完成产品注册
-生态系统管理：管理产品相关合作伙伴，协调资源完成产品开发
-协助产品线制定和执行产品全周期管理的流程规范
任职要求：
-理工科专业，本科或以上学历
-至少四年以上IVD行业内的工作经验，两年以上R&D、产品管理等相关技术工作经验
-较强的数据收集和分析能力、创新力和团队精神
-优秀的沟通能力、执行力
-良好的英语水平和电脑操作技能
