- 协助主管对所辖销售团队进行日常管理，培训培养团队成员成长/达成销售目标

- 协同销售团队拜访重点客户，给予销售人员及时有效的指导和在岗培训

- 负责市场、竞争对手动态的收集反馈和应收款的管理

- 配合主管与其他部门协调，确保团队运作顺畅

- 协助主管根据当地市场情况制定并完善产品策略、销售策略

- 执行公司安排的其他工作

任职要求：

- 本科及以上学历

- 3年以上销售团队管理工作经验，具备国内知名企业或外资企业从业背景

－有管理8人以上销售团队的经验

- 具备良好的沟通能力、优秀的分析/应变能力

- 自我学习能力强，有高度的工作热情及良好的客户服务意识、团队合作精神

- 诚实守信，有很强的上进心和责任心，能承受工作压力

- 良好的英文阅读能力， 熟练使用各种办公软件

Responsible:

- Assist the manager with the team routine management as well as development of team member and support to complete sales goal.

- Responsible for marketing and competitor dynamics collection and management of account receivable.

- Assist the manager to coordinate team operation as well as communication with different departments.

- Assist market investigation of sales.

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree or above;
- More than 2 years working experience focused on sales, in ideally within multinational organizations;
- Strong ability in communication as well as analysis and resilience.
- Good self-study ability and high work initiative, with strong sense of customer service and team spirit.

- High proficiency in spoken and written English and skilled PC operator;
- Honesty, high responsibility and ambition.
