Mission:
Develop ECU embeded SW modules to meet customer requirements, including software requirement specification, test specification and design document.

Responsibility:
Analyze Customer Function ,HW Design or System Design Requirements and Create or Update Software Requirement Specification accordingly
Measurement criteria: SRS review
Design innovative, robust software that meets Software Requirement Specification
Measurement criteria: SDD review
Implement software modules under guildlines of Automovie Embed Software and I B&S Software Coding Rules.
Measurement criteria:MISAR/Lint Check
Valide software module design statemates , module interface and module funcationality on Test Bench and filling in test reports
Measurement criteria:Test Report
Organize and hold design peer reviews or architecture review with SW A of their own work package.
Measurement criteria:Review minutes
Communication and cooperation with team members to identify and implement development improvement activities.
Measurement criteria:Software Improvement Application Note
Support HW engineering team for test Software implementation according to thier needs
Support System engineering team for performaning functional testings on System Bench
Attend and participate in regular Software Project Meetings to inform work status to SWPL.
Join requirement and test specification reviews with SWPL of their own work package.

Skills/resourcing/processes
Good knowledge of Embeded C programming comply with Automotive Embeded Software Coding Rule and Conti I B&S Codeing Rule
Capable of understanding Electrical Design/Schematics, and to be able to utilize electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes,BDM,Emulator, CANoe etc.) for simulate, debug and troubleshoot embedded software is required.
Capable of understanding Semiconductor Specifications for HW periphals and be able to design software that interfaces with them.
Applying SW development process and SW Configuration Management System (eg. CM synergy, MKS or PVCS or CVS)
Experience in embedded and real time programming and Microprocessor architecture.

Budgets/Reporting
Responsible for Software Work package Quality , timming and cost.
Report work status to SWPL for his own softwareWork package.
