Sales Manager-COEM

Sales Manager-Tier 1

Position description

1. Identify opportunities with existing and new customers
2. Perform sales process (evaluate RFQ, drive quote team, prepare and negotiate quote)
3. Contract management
4. Claim management
5. Management of change requests
6. Sales planning and reporting

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry, minimum 3 years sales and marketing experience
3. Experience in B2B sales
4. Experience in planning and reporting structures of international companies
5. Advanced understanding of electronics and economics (in particular costing)
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills
7. Ability to work in intercultural environment
8. Advanced level of professional English (both written and oral)
