Job Description:



1)Material Procurement & Maintanance for Engineering Sample Building
- Get material list from Technical Project Leader, check Changchun material stock status with New Product Launch Engineer and define the materials to be ordered
- Make free sample ordering from supplier or order material from supplier with the price information provided by Advanced Purchasing.
- Track order and supplier material delivery status
- Collect and provide material to Technical Project Leader/New Product Launch Engineer for sample building
- Track purchased material stock status with New Product Launch Engineer
2)Engineering Sample Testing
- Perform hardware testing on automatic test equipment to ensure engineering sample component building quality. Generate report and mark test failures.
- Perform functional testing on software test bench for sample delivery with test instruction provided by design team
- Dimension measurement for unofficial/none critical diemsion measurements for engineering sample
3) Engineering Sample Delivery/Shipment
- Manage label Printing
- Manage Sample assembly
- Manage sample packaging and delivery/shipment
4)Manual HW modifications on engineering sample
- Manual solder on ECU boards for HW design changes
- Manual solder for components on to ECU boards(eg. micro,emulator socket)
- PCB manual coating



Job requirements:



1 year of electronics technician work experiece in electronics service center, manufactory or R&D center of telecom or automotive industry


Expert in manual soldering E/E components (incl. fine-pinch parts) on PCB of variants of electronics (prefer telecom , automotive area)


Basic oral and written communication skills in English is preferred


Basic knowledge of electrical components used in automotive industry and their characteristics


Basic knowledge of product testing in the automotive industry is preferred
