职位描述
Our client is a European based international freight forwarder with 65 offices locating worldwide. To cope with their expansion plan for the sales team, they are now looking for high caliber candidates with experience in Airfreight & Seafreight to join them in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Actively sell and promote company's services to maximize the revenue from clients
- Generate business with new, assigned and defined customers
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with carrier operational and sales management
- Develop relationships with local offices of global accounts and ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Drive new business with alliance partners
- Conform to all reporting requirements as specified from time to time
- Monitor customer support and implement remedial steps in the event of declining support
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related field
- Min. 4 years of experience in sales within Shipping/ Logistics industry is a must
- Proven track record in sales with consistently meeting set targets
- Experience in customer service and sales support related
- Strong knowledge of local/regional logistics industry with good contacts and network with shippers/accounts and carriers
- Collaborative, good interpersonal skills, independent, self-starter and extremely results-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication and conversant in English and Mandarin is a MUST
- Good facilitator
- With commercial understanding on Finance acumen
