1、监督集团与潜在利益冲突相关的政策和制度的执行，对重新入职员工的考核进行监督。

2、 集中采购的监督与专项审计工作；

a) 监督集中采购评审会议的程序，跟进采购部的采购情况

b) 对集团新增业务的采购情况进行调研，将其纳入集团统一管理，实施集中采购

c) 对年度采购实施专项审计工作，对采购标的合规性和经济合理性进行评价

3、 固定资产盘点结果的跟进，对资产盘亏现象进行调查和处理；

4、 反舞弊培训；

5、其他需要监察部进行专项调查或者参与的工作（根据集团工作需要安排）
